The packages get picked up from our warehouse at the same time, but somehow through the FedEx sorting process, sometimes they are seperated and come on different days. This is something that is unfortunately out of our control.

I'm very satisfied with this power lift recliner chair, true zero gravity chair. The material quality is impressive — the leather looks stylish, feels soft to the touch, and is easy to clean. Highly recommend it for seniors or anyone who values comfort at home!
Super comfy chair. Dog loves it too! I gave it a 4 only because one remote doesn’t come with a hook to hang it and the cords can get tangled.

This is the perfect chair for me. Great size, beautiful color and seems to be well built. I have only had less than a week but refuse to sit anywhere else. Never knew this company existed and somehow just landed on the site one day. I se to purchase chair from a medical supply store. Save me lots of money from Irene’s House.
Nice looking chair, and it works great
Chair is comfortable in all positions. Only downside is the complexity of operating the remote control. With six buttons, it seems the buttons must be operated in a certain order to achieve the position desired. There should be a simpler method.

Review for leather, zero gravity recliner Once you tried zero gravity you will not go back to traditional recliner. It's a game changer. The comfort is exceptional, like floating. The leather feels high-quality and has a luxurious look to it. Assembly was a breeze, which is always a plus. However, I do have one little caveat. After about two weeks the lumbar and seat cushions have lost their resistance. I didn't expect that to happen so soon. It's a bit disappointing since everything else about the recliner is amazing. All in all, I really love the recliner for its comfort and design. Just keep an eye on those custions!
