Good to know before you choose.

Are these photos of the exact chair?
Model photos show the new chair in the listed color. Any visible wear is documented separately on the individual listing.
Does the standard new-chair trial and warranty apply?
Not automatically. Read the specific chair’s return and warranty terms before you order.
What does Open-Box mean at Irene House?
Our collection includes chairs returned unopened by the customer and chairs returned after a short home trial because of fit, comfort or personal preference. Every chair is re-inspected, function-tested and repackaged at our warehouse. Each listing explains prior use and the condition found during inspection.
Will it arrive in the original packaging?
Packaging may differ from the original factory packaging. Visible wear is disclosed in the individual listing with descriptions and photos of the actual marks.
