35-Day Return
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we happily can provide a exchange or a refund for you.
We have a 35-day return policy, which means you have 35 days after receiving your item to request a return.
*It is recommended to keep the box if you need to return.
*If your order has already shipped but has not yet been received and you would like to cancel, then you will be charged a $40/box restocking fee.
How to Return
To start a return, you can contact us at service@irenehouse.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Shipping Cost
- No cost -the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way.
- $60/box - Customer responsibility (remorse/change color).
How to Get a Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Processing time is 2-3 days. You will receive a refund confirmation email right away. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you do not receive a refund please contact us.
