The Irene House is a great company to deal with. I had a small problem with the delivery (chair had a little dirt on it), and they were courteous and responsive and a pleasure to deal with. “This chair is worderful. Was easy to put together and only took a few minutes. The instructions were complete and very understandable. The chair is easy to operate and very comfortable to sit in and to sleep in. The massage and heat help me get to sleep faster and most times before they turn off automatically. The only thing that I would like the have seen is for the massage/heat and the position controller to be lighted. My memory is very short and it would be great to see the controls.”

“Fantastic experience. Chair arrived 1 day earlier than projected. Uncrated the two boxes, viewed the assembly video on the web site and proceeded to put the chair together. Assembly was easy. Easier than the video made it look. Chair is comfortable, having the back rest and foot rest controlled separately makes all the difference in the world when it comes to comfort. “I got this chair for my husband who is tall and big. He has had 5 back surgeries. Most chairs never fit his legs. This is the best I have found. The extended leg is manual and he cannot do it by himself so we removed it because it will break if you don’t manually flip it under. He loves the heat and vibration for his back. “We have found your recliner lift chair very comfortable. lt was very easy to put together. I like the built in feature that automatically shuts off the massager and heat after a certain length of time. We purcahsed the large size and there is even room for our dog, Hailey, to squeeze in next to us. When either my wife or myself aren't in the chair, which isn't very often, Hailey makes good use of it. She doesn't need the reclined position though!!”
