Shipping policy

USA	2-8 business days via FedEx.
AU	2-8 business days via Allied

 

*If your order has already shipped but has not yet been received and you would like to cancel, then you will be charged a $40/box restocking fee.

All in-stock orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. A delay in shipments may happen if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. If there is a  significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email right away.

Important Delivery Notice (FedEx):
Our products are shipped via FedEx Ground. Please note that FedEx delivers to the front door or curbside only and does not bring packages inside the home.

If you need in-home delivery or assistance with moving the box indoors, please make separate arrangements or have someone available at the time of delivery.

The packages get picked up from our warehouse at the same time, but somehow through the FedEx sorting process, sometimes they are seperated and come on different days. This is something that is unfortunately out of our control.

Shipping Limitations

We currently do not ship to certain regions in the United States and Australia:

• United States: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Protectorates.

• Australia: We do not ship to Northern Territory, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, or Western Australia.
