Is the chair suitable for people with lymphedema?
Irene House lift chairs are designed for general comfort and mobility assistance. They are not specifically intended for patients with severe lymphedema or circulation disorders.
For individuals with lymphedema, we recommend consulting your physician before use.
Exception: The EW500 Series features a triple-motor system with dual legrest motors, providing stronger and more stable leg support that may be more suitable under medical supervision.
How many boxes come with the chair?
- 9185, 9188, 9188S, 9188T, 9188 EWT500, 9205, 9205L, 9205 EWT500, 9196, 9199 - 2 boxes.
- 9188E, 9188ET, 9219 - 3 boxes.
The packages get picked up from our warehouse at the same time, but somehow through the FedEx sorting process, sometimes they are seperated and come on different days. This is something that is unfortunately out of our control.
How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow 3-8 working days by FedEx for shipment time. All in-stock orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Can I return my product?

How to care?
Cleaning-quick steps to clean the chair:
- Please dust the chair frequently.
- Wipe over using a damp and soft cloth. Let the chair dry thoroughly before use.
- Use a vacuum equipped with a soft brush attachment.
- Use eco-friendly soap(we highly recommend using cleaners and conditioners that are made specifically for leather,never use any type of harsh cleaners,especially alcohol-based products.)
