All in-stock orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. A delay in shipments may happen if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. If there is a  significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email right away.

The packages get picked up from our warehouse at the same time, but somehow through the FedEx sorting process, sometimes they are seperated and come on different days. This is something that is unfortunately out of our control.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or US Protectorate

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • The product should be in the room already where it is to be assembled before the provider arrives. Make necessary adjustments to the chair after installation is complete.
  • Products requiring additional work may result in an updated estimate from provider.
  • No product delivery service included.
